As part of our full end-to-end client management platform we have a state of the cloud portal that allows customers to go and log new jobs, see the status of existing jobs and manage an entire kitchen equipment asset list. When you’re equipment is managed by us we take all the hassle out of keeping running.

Step 1

Got an issue with a piece of kitchen equipment? No problem, simple login to your online customer portal and log the job on the system.

Step 2

Our back-office team will pick up the job and give you a call to confirm the correct course of action.

Once the job is logged an automated email conformation will be direct to your email box.

Step 3

An engineer will be scheduled based on your location and the closest operative we have in the area.

All our vehicles are connected to live tracking devices which give instance access to the closest engineer to your premises.

Step 4

After an assessment of the fault on the piece of equipment our engineer will either repair the equipment if the parts are on the van stock or will be able to advise if it should be replaced for a new more cost effective model. In every instance we will try and ensure repair over replacement to avoid additional

Step 5

After we have completed your repair on the equipment all data will be recorded on our back-office system and will be updated on your asset management list in the portal. You can then get back to doing what you do best, cooking for your clients!
