Another University recommended that we reach out to Midlands Catering when we were being let down by our old service provider.

We received a quotation that covers all catering equipment maintenance & canopy cleaning. The price is competitive, and the workmanship is fantastic! Midlands also have a well-organised back office who takes care of booking our call-out requests, I wanted to mention them personally as they do such a great job of looking after us.

They have a fantastic online customer portal, that gives us total visibility on what is happening in our schools, we especially like that we can accept all of our quotes at the click of a button and have a dashboard on Midlands own KPI’s, so we can ensure they respond to all service requests within the time limits set it in our contract.

We have a maintenance contract with Midlands for all of the catering equipment in our schools.
